Thanks to our experience gained during TEDx organization and TED participation, we have created an event design process that combines the best organizational practices with user-oriented (or rather participant-oriented) process.

Event design is a process supporting defining a concept for various corporate integrations and events. Its aim is to put the participant in the center of attention and design the process and all its elements in a way that provides the participant with the best and most valuable experience.

What do we do during Event Design training?

Event’s business model (option)

Some event’s organizers believe that an event should not only build their brand and provide considerable benefits for participants but also generate income and support business. We take this into consideration while planning and coming up a general idea of the meeting so from the very beginning it is clear how we will be able to generate value for the company.

Designing the experience of events’ participants

Using tools such as event canvas or service scheme, we will help you design all elements of your event step-by-step (including communication, registering, participation, activities building community after the event) and make sure that they provide a unique experience.

Participants’ needs

We start from understanding in what activities your target group engages, and what are their expectations, needs, motivations and behavior connected with participating in the event.
