What is Employee Experience?

Employee Experience (EX) is a product of an interaction between an employee and a company from the beginning till the end of cooperation.

EX projects focus on analyzing current situation in, among others, these three crucial areas as well as answering questions of what employees think about the company, how do they work, what they like or dislike. Later on, developing and implementing solutions that you work on with them and which aim at improving their experience at work in a given place. Its goals is to build an organization that people want to work for and which attracts the best candidates.
