Brainstorming is the cold classic. Some love it, some believe that it is dying out. FUZERS believe that this particular technique is still powerful in supporting generating ideas but needs a lot of thinking through, preparing and moderating.

Generating ideas in an organized way

A creative sessions with FUZERS (that involves e.g. brainstorming) has a structure that helps a team mold their chaotic box of general ideas into a defined number of precise ideas that address business needs. Thanks to this, you will not end up with a bunch of post-its that present only high level plan and not precise concepts.

Being able to develop

During our meetings we do more than simply generate ideas. We devote a lot of time to their evaluation, selection and development in terms of criteria defined earlier. Owing to this, you get ideas (and not slogans) that are ready to be implemented in the organization.

Tools and methods supporting work

We adapt our methods and tools (some of them are described in our Service Design Thinking educational materials in the ideas generation section) taking into account your needs and a challenge we are facing. This helps us optimize time and focus on characteristics and needs of your business. Our work is often supplemented with Graphic Recording which is great for summarizing and visualizing such sessions.
