Design sprint is a well-structured design process put into three to five days, which supports quickly developing and testing new solutions with users. All activities are prepared, moderated and summarized by FUZERS’ facilitators so that you and your team can focus on reaching ideas that will help you meet your business goals.
The division between „us” and „them” in organizations tends to reinforce. Unfortunately, this reduces cooperation between various departments. As a result, in case of a difficult situation, people try to find a scapegoat rather than find a solution. They think that everything on their part works fine so „they” must have some issues. It does not sound good, does it?
This is why you should use FUZERS’ methods to break down silos between departments. Stop passing the buck and find a solution.
Defining the challenge of the project. Defining the target group.
Discussions with internal and external experts.
Drafting and creating first solutions.
Choosing solutions and creating charts
describing processes step-by-step.
Developing prototypes of chosen solutions
and preparing for testing.
Testing solutions with invited users/customers
and gathering their feedback.
Organizing a roadmap for implementation of the best solution.
After completing the sprint, we prepare a graphic report describing the process step-by-step as well as providing its results. Owing to this, you gain organized and valuable materials that will help you present the outcome of all activities to your superiors and whole organization.
Around two to three weeks before the Spring, we implement a research stage which scope is agreed upon with you beforehand. Based on its results, we create a „Report for Sprint” that is the basis for work during first days of the process.
While working with FUZERS, you get an energy and knowledge bomb. Krzysztof Ożóg guided us through the design thinking process, described goals of each stage in a coherent way, and managed a cycle of meetings that lasted over 2 months.
„When can you say that a training brought you desired effects? For sure, when after 8 hours of intensive workshops, participants are on the edge of their seat and want more. They read more, discover “new” in themselves and their environment, they simply want to change. That’s what creative sessions with Piotr do. Professional and inspiring. ”
I invited Piotr to participate in workshops dedicated to designing experience of corporate clients during purchasing or opening banking products. Even though Piotr was time limited and had a lot of requirements regarding the scope of workshops and its results, he managed to do a great job. His preparation, professionalism and engagement was highly appreciated by participants. I do recommend his service and customer experience design skills.
