From clean post-its to a schedule of implementation.
Krzysztof conducts complex activities that include not only developing new solutions and coming up with improvements but also educating project teams. He activates the team from the very first meeting and the energy gradually raises with each one.
At work, he focuses on deeply understanding business, clients’ strategy as well as their users’ needs.
So far, he conducted Service Design Thinking and Customer Experience projects for e.g. mBank, Santander Consumer Bank, BGŻ BNP Paribas, IKEA, or Tauron Dystrybucja.
Krzysztof shares his knowledge at conferences (e.g. POLISHOPA Design Thinking Conference 2018, Crash Mondays).
He is a member of Service Design Network which allows him to broaden his knowledge and follow the newest trends in service and experience design.
Krzysztof is a ball of fire.
Everyone who was able to take part in processes, trainings and workshops that he conducted knows it. His enthusiasm is contagious and he is a virtually unlimited source of ideas and inspiration for changes and improvements.
Apart from that, he strongly believes that he is a minimalist even though he has plenty of notes on his desk and a few balls that “help to focus.”
Privately, he is passionate about coffee, matcha and Japanese fighting art (Aikido) as well as engages in its promotion and development in (not only) Lublin.
